It was in good condition (yay for no highlighting!). I think the material was presented very well and I liked how they put side comments to help you grasp the information. They also provided tips on how to approach problems and "conceptualize". There are answers in the back for ODD (i.e., 3,5,7, etc) homework problems.|About the Author|Raymond A. Serway is Professor Emeritus at James Madison University. He earned his doctorate at Illinois Institute of Technology. Among his accolades, he received an honorary doctorate degree from his alma mater, Utica College, the 1990 Madison
